1st Thurs, noon-2:30 pm - "Coeur d'Alene Parkinson's Support Group" meets w/FREE lunch served noon-12:30 pm, followed by member introductions, 12:30-1 pm. Speakers scheduled, 1-2 pm; socialization, 2-2:30 pm. Casual sessions are open to those with Parkinson's, their spouses, family & caregivers.

2nd, 3rd & 4th Thurs, 11:30 am-12:15 pm - "Music & Wellness" taught by music therapist, Carla Carnegie. Rhythm instruments & singing helps to increase voice volume & clarity of speech. (No singing ability needed.)

2nd, 3rd & 4th Thurs, 12:15-1 pm - "Moving to the Music" taught by an instructor from Kroc Center. Yoga-type stretching & line dance type of exercise creates fun for all ability levels, including those using a walker or who want to sit in a chair. Socialize while working out - have fun!
