  • Meets 2nd Tuesday (Sept-June), 7 pm

  • Members participate in field trips, bird surveys/counts & various environmental & educational projects to protect Idaho’s wildlife, particularly birds & endangered species.

COEUR D'ALENE ART ASSOCIATION​

  • Meets the 3rd Thursday, 10:30 am

  • Members participate in many local events such as "Art on the Green" & "ArtWalk".

  • Non-members are invited to FREE "Paint with a Friend" sessions each Thursday from 10:30 am - 2 pm at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 501 E. Wallace Ave., Coeur d'Alene.

IDAHO WRITER'S LEAGUE

  • Meets twice a month - the 2nd Wednesday, 9 am-noon, & the 3rd Thursday, 6:30-9:30 pm

  • Meetings are casual and a speaker if featured the first hour, followed by social time & a critique session. Constructive feedback is appreciated.

  • Non-members are welcome to attend two meetings FREE of charge.

  • Classical chorale performs outstanding music; sacred & secular - old & new.  Vocalists of all ages (16 years & older) are invited to audition. Chorale is made up of some of the most talented musicians from the Inland Northwest.

  • All-female flat-track roller derby league includes experienced skaters & new learners.

  • Facility is located 6 miles east of Coeur d'Alene on Fernan Lake Road. Club is a family-oriented range which encourages participation in matches & activities.

  • Membership is open to anyone who wishes to join & exercise responsible/safe gun-handling practices.

Also sponsors day trips, long weekend ski & snowshoe trips; also summer activities such as day hikes, weekend backpacking trips, kayak & bicycle day outings.
