Armed Forces Day Celebration

ARMED FORCES DAY CELEBRATION

May 15 (Sat), 12:30-5 pm

SPIRIT LAKE CITY PARK

  • Color Guard, music, beer garden, food vendors, corn hole tournament, dancing, auctions, veteran booths

  • 11 am - Remembrance ceremony at McIntire Family Park, 8930 N. Gov't Way, Hayden

MEMORIAL DAY OBSERVANCE

EVERGREEN CEMETERY

2834 N. Spokane St,, Post Falls 

  • City of Post Falls & American Legion Post 143 pays tribute to veterans with two services, 10 am & noon

  • Speeches, honor/color guard

  • Flags placed on veterans' gravesites

  • All are welcome

  • Classic car weekend - FREE family-fun - the largest in North Idaho!

  • Any vehicle 1980 or older may be registered for cruise only, show only or both (fees apply)

  • Friday - "Red Hot Mamas" parade at 5 pm, Sherman Avenue

  • Friday - Cruise from 6-9 pm; spectators arrive early on sidewalks for viewing

  • Saturday - "Show & Shine" line-up

  • Saturday - Awards Ceremony at 4 pm at 5th & Sherman
