Nutritional seminars, cooking demonstrations & health fairs are held at various times throughout the year at Natural Grocers. Nutrition events are FREE with no reservations required; however, seating is limited.
This FREE class, "Safe Sleep 101", teaches parents/grandparents/caregivers safe sleeping techniques for infants. No-cost classes are held in Coeur d'Alene evenings & at other locations at various times/dates.

Once a month on the 3rd Tuesday, various topics related to aging are presented by Professionals Serving Seniors, a consortium of experts whose professional lives are spent guiding seniors & their families through various issues in Kootenai County.
Additional county offices are located in Kellogg, Sandpoint, St. Maries & Bonners Ferry.
"Fit & Fall Proof" exercise classes are designed for older adults to prevent falls. FREE classes focus on strength, flexibility, mobility & balance. Here are the locations & times classes are offered in the CdA area:
Pre-registration is required for this FREE "IDPR Responsible Riders" course for dirtbike riders, held at various locations/tiimes. Lessons include starting/stopping, quick turns, hill riding, emergency moves & riding over obstacles.
