Once a month on the 3rd Tuesday, various topics related to aging are presented by Professionals Serving Seniors, a consortium of experts whose professional lives are spent guiding seniors & their families through various issues in Kootenai County.
Nutritional seminars, cooking demonstrations & health fairs are held at various times throughout the year at Natural Grocers. Nutrition events are FREE with no reservations required; however, seating is limited.
This FREE class, "Safe Sleep 101", teaches parents/grandparents/caregivers safe sleeping techniques for infants. No-cost classes are held in Coeur d'Alene evenings & at other locations at various times/dates.

"The Well!" is a FREE outreach program held every Sunday for all ages. It is open to the public!
Goals are to teach healthy living/lifestyle to individuals & families - strengthening body, soul & spirit. Each session begins with a short time of worship, followed by exercise training, nutritional classes & life coaching.

The 30-minute sessions provide a safe environment where pups can learn social skills, & their people "parents" learn too - about bonding & social development from a Petco dog trainer.
