Every Friday, 2 pm, "Athol Farmers Market" at Athol Community Center, 30355 N. 3rd Street. Shop local artisans & produce. Continues every Friday thru September: 1st Fri, 2-7 pm w/live music; other Fridays, 2-5 pm. Kids' market - 2nd Fri.

Every Friday, 3-6 pm, "Vendors in the Park" at St. Maries City Park, 1230 Main Avenue, precedes summer concerts every Friday which begin at 6 pm in the amphitheater. Shop over 20+ vendors offering handmade goods, crafts, treats, & one-of-a-kind items every Friday thru Sept 25.

Every Saturday, 9 am-1:30 pm, "Kootenai County Farmers' Market" at the SE corner of Hwy 95 & Prairie Ave., CdA. Shop for delightful locally-grown produce, flowers & artisians' creations. Ask about PoP Club for kids. Held every Saturday thru October.

Look for fresh produce, locally-grown meats, fresh eggs, bakery goods, cold pressed juice, fresh-cut flowers, local honey, spices & jams. Meet the farmers & learn their growing practices. Held every Tuesday thru Sept.

Every Wednesday, 4-7 pm, "5th Street Farmers Market" at 5th St. & Sherman Avenue. Held every Wednesday in downtown CdA, explore farm-fresh produce, fragrant flowers, pastries, artwork & toe-tapping music. Pacific Northwest vibes at their finest! Held every Wednesday thru Sept 2.

Aug 30 (Sun), 10 am-3 pm, "CDA Flea Market" at J.C. White House/Museum of North Idaho, 720 E. Young Ave., CdA. Over 55 vendors, vintage & slow method goods. Peruse in a beautiful setting at the base of Tubbs Hill. Continues on the 2nd & last Sundays of each month thru September.

Sept 4-7 (Fri-Mon), "Under the Freeway Flea Market" in downtown Wallace under the viaduct beneath I-90, spanning several blocks at exits 61 & 62. Over 100 vendors w/collectibles, antiques & unique items, & food/beverages. Sponsored by Northern Pacific Depot Foundation, over 10,000 visitors are expected. Rain or shine - it's in the shade. Sept 7 (Mon), noon-5 pm, "Terre's Maker's Market" at Terre Coffee & Bakery - North Idaho, 5417 N. Government Way, CdA. Stop by for crochet creations, laser-engraved decor, bath/body products, baked goods, organic beeswax & essential oil candles, massages & more. A mostly outdoors event w/additional vendors inside offering samples of in-house roasted coffee & chai.

Sept 12 (Sat), 1-6 pm, "Riverstone Block Party & Brewfest" in Riverstone, 2187 N. Main St., CdA. A FREE family-friendly event featuring 50+ vendors w/activities for all ages & live music. Sponsored by Centennial Trail Foundation. Beverage tickets for sale.

Sept 13 (Sun), 9 am-2 pm, "Riverside Market" at Marina 33, 414 E. 1st Ave., Post Falls. New outdoor market located on the Spokane River's grassy area next to the sandy beach. Go by boat or vehicle to browse handcrafted goods. Live music, local vendors, food & drinks in a relaxed riverfront setting.

A community favorite with FREE admission, festivities include: bouncy houses, large-scale gell/foam battles, vendors, petting zoo, community crafts, beer/wine garden, 20+ food vendors, live music, & face-painting ($5).
